Situated on site adjacent to the main Calvary Riverina hospital, the Riverina Drug and Alcohol Centre provides comprehensive drug and alcohol programs and treatment services reducing drug related harm for individuals, families and communities.
The service identifies and treats clients with complex health and social needs while supportive effective mental health interventions.

Our services

Inpatient withdrawal
Our onsite 10 bed, medically monitored detoxification environment where individuals can safely and effectively detoxify from alcohol and other drugs in a friendly supportive atmosphere. Clients can stay from 24hrs up to 10 days.
Residential treatment
After completing an inpatient withdrawal, clients can continue their recovery by moving across to our 22 bed unit for our 3 phase program from 6 weeks up to 6 months.
Outpatient/day programs
Located at our adjacent Carrigan Cottage, “Passport to learning… Life & Recovery” is our 8 week outpatient program. Currently running from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday, except on Wednesdays.
Home detoxification and transition support
Making addiction treatment accessible to individuals who do not have the flexibility or freedom to pause their career and family obligations, enabling individuals to engage in a recovery program with minimal disruption to their existing schedule.
Women's wellness and recovery program
A focused program supporting pregnant women and/or women with children under the age of 5 years who are experiencing problems with alcohol and other drugs.

The Calvary Riverina Drug & Alcohol Centre offers a central intake contact number for all programs.
Admissions are by self referral.
