Calvary nurses and midwives enterprise agreement approved
Nurses and midwives working in Calvary’s private hospitals in both Hobart and Launceston will receive a 3 per cent pay increase a year for three years, including back pay.
Other benefits include increases in night shift penalty rates, additional professional development leave, and enhancements to a range of paid leave and allowances, such as special parental leave and compassionate leave, to further support our nurses, midwives to care for their families.

Calvary’s Regional CEO for Tasmania, Melissa Evans, said the enterprise agreement, approved yesterday by the Fair Work Commission, was cause for celebration for Calvary’s nurses and midwives across Tasmania.
