We want to help, but how?

Calvary is supporting the Step Up for Dementia Research program. StepUp is a research participation and engagement service, a “one-stop shop” that connects individuals – both with and without dementia – who want to participate in dementia-related research with researchers conducting studies into its prevention, diagnosis, treatment, care and cure.

In short, it is a dementia breakthrough, powered by you.

From time to time we will let our supporters know about new studies listed with StepUp that they can participate in. Like this one.

University of Queensland researchers are looking for participants living with cognitive impairment and experiencing anxiety or worry to test a new psychotherapeutic program delivered via videoconferencing (telehealth).

You can learn more about the study at https://www.stepupfordementiaresearch.org.au/tele-cbt/, and about the researchers running this study in the short video below.

You can find out more about StepUp and sign up to be matched to this study and other research at https://www.stepupfordementiaresearch.org.au.
