Our hospital offers a range of amenities to ensure comfort and convenience for both patients and visitors.
Calvary Riverina Hospital has been designed so that everyone can easily access our facilities, using inclined walkways and ramps throughout. All levels of our hospital are accessible by lifts.
We have clear, straightforward signage throughout the hospital to make it easier to find your way around
Wheelchairs are available for use while at the hospital. If you need a wheelchair, please enquire with our staff who will assist you.
Entertainment
We provide all patients with free-to-air digital television and radio at no extra charge.
Phone calls
Each bed is supplied with a personal telephone for your convenience, with direct access to local calls only.
Newspapers
Newspapers and magazines are available to purchase at our coffee shop.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available for your personal use throughout the hospital. Please enquire with patient services staff to arrange access. A small fee applies.

Calvary Café is located on the ground foor of Calvary Riverina Hospital.
Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:30pm
Saturday – Sunday 8am – 12pm

Shops and specialty stores are located within 5 minutes drive. Please ask our staff for advice and directions to meet your needs.
The onsite dispensing pharmacy is owned and operated by HPS Pharmaceuticials, and will provide discharged patients with a short supply of their prescribed medications.
The pharmacy is not open to the general public.
The chapels at Calvary Riverina Hospital provide a calm and restful environment for all patients and visitors.
We welcome people of all faiths at our chapels.
The Mary Potter Chapel is situated on the second floor on St Anne's Wing for meditation or prayer.
The Chapel of the Maternal Heart of Mary is located adjacent to the main hospital and patients are welcome to the celebrations of Mass.
Pastoral care
We offer compassionate emotional support and spiritual care for you, your family and friends. Our Pastoral Care Program acknowledges your beliefs, important relationships and all that is meaningful for you. It affirms your intrinsic value as a person.
Pastoral care can help if you are:
Suffering anxiety or emotional distress
Experiencing a time of crisis
Feeling lonely or isolated
Grieving a loss
Making important decisions
Needing support with your religious/spiritual practice
Preparing for death
If you would like a visit from pastoral care during your visit, please ask a staff member.
Our patient services staff can take your mail for postage. Postal fees apply.
The hydrotherapy pool is located within St Joseph’s Rehabilitation Unit and is available for use by both private and public patients with referrals.
Private patients are referred by the hospital as part of their rehabilitation program. Public patients are subsidised by the Murrumbidgee local area health district .
The pool is also available for the use of community groups by appointment.
